My name is Haleigh Erwin and I am here to help you find your perfect property rental! A few years ago, I decided to make a big move myself, leaving my hometown city of Chicago to move to Denver, Colorado.  I initially was drawn to Denver for its unique balance of mountain and city life but I fell in love with the city for so many other reasons. Whether you are a nature lover looking to spend your time surrounded by the great outdoors and endless amount of sunshine, or a social butterfly looking to surround yourself with bustling nightlife and friendly people, Denver has something to offer everyone.

During my time in Chicago I was a Leasing Agent who partnered with 100 different high-rise buildings downtown. My job was to work with renters and match them with these buildings based on search criteria; price, amenities, location etc. Although all of my clients were able to find a suitable rental, I wasn’t able to fully personalize their experience by exploring the hundreds of other rental properties across the city.

I’m a habitual renter and having moved almost every year for the past 9 years, I know how difficult and time consuming it can be to search and tour rental properties. From the numerous apartment sites, search engines, and private rentals who often don’t advertise online, it can be extremely overwhelming to navigate. In addition, rental properties go fast! Sometimes you don’t even have an opportunity to tour the rental before someone else swoops in. Moving from out-of-state myself, I understand how hard it can be to find the perfect place to call home, when you don’t know much about the area and cannot tour every property. 

Rent Detective Denver was created by my desire to eliminate the stress associated with finding a rental property and to make moving to a new city exciting again! Combining my passion for the housing market and my love of Denver my goal is to create an experience that is all-inclusive, unbiased and as seamless as possible.
