My name is Haleigh Erwin, and I started Rent Detective Denver to help alleviate the stress that typically comes with finding a rental property, whether it be an apartment, condo/townhome or a single-family home. We all live busy and hectic lives, and finding the time to sit down and research the endless supply of available rentals can seem daunting, especially if you plan on moving to an entirely new city that you’re not familiar with. Sometimes, having someone with local knowledge to guide you and follow the clues is just what you need to get your rental mystery solved. I’ve been living in Denver for several years now, and being a habitual renter myself, I can relate to the frustration of not only finding a place to live but everything that coincides with it.

With this blog, I want to use my years of experience as a leasing consultant to inform renters of what to watch out for when looking for a rental and also about all the unique qualities Denver, CO has to offer.
